Data We Collect

When you opt in to receive SMS messages, we may collect:

• Your company name
• Your phone number
• Your consent to receive SMS messages
• Information contained in business communications with us

How We Collect Your Data

We collect information directly from vendors and business partners during contracting, onboarding, scheduling, email correspondence, or other direct business communications.

Providing a phone number alone does not automatically enroll anyone in our messaging program. Consent to receive SMS messages is obtained separately through an agreement, form, email confirmation, or another affirmative opt-in process.

How We Use Your Data

We use your information to:

• Operate our business
• Send the SMS messages you have opted in to receive
• Coordinate event logistics, scheduling, deliveries, installation, invoices, and on-site operations
• Respond to questions and provide operational support

We do not use this messaging program to send marketing or promotional messages.

Data Sharing

• Customer, vendor, and business-partner data is not shared with third parties for promotional or marketing purposes.
• Mobile opt-in and consent are never shared with anyone for any purpose. Any information sharing that may be mentioned elsewhere in this policy excludes mobile opt-in data.

Messaging Program Terms and Conditions

1. The messaging program consists of one-to-one operational communications with vendors and business partners regarding event logistics, scheduling, deliveries, installation, invoices, and on-site coordination. Messages will be sent from (626) 628-9199.
2. Participation in the messaging program is voluntary. You may cancel the SMS service at any time by texting STOP to the phone number from which you received messages. After you send STOP, we will send an SMS message confirming that you have been unsubscribed. You will no longer receive SMS messages from us unless you subsequently provide consent to opt in again.
3. If you experience issues with the messaging program, reply HELP for assistance or contact us directly at info@glowworksinc.com.
4. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
5. Message and data rates may apply to messages sent to you from us and to messages sent from you to us. Message frequency will vary based on operational and communication needs. Contact your wireless provider with questions about your text or data plan.
